TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

HOETUS FOUNDATION, has been founded to provide and implement practical solutions for preventing environmental pollution, uplifting eco-tourism and rural development. We humbly appreciate the help and support we are receiving from our Patron Members, Volunteers and the philanthropic Donors.

In order for operating a hassle free platform for our Patron Members, Volunteers and Donors, we have laid down few Terms and Conditions, which are as follows :

• Patron Membership is subjected to an annual fee of Rs.1999/-. Patron Members are awarded with A) Membership Certificate B) Membership ID Card C) Support from HOETUS FOUNDATION for conducting campaigns in line with objectives of the Foundation, at their localityD) Discount on every booking of an Eco-Stay they would do from the HOETUS App.
• Patron Member’s have the choice of displaying their basic profile details like name, profile picture and location or to stay anonymous. We would honour the choice made by our Patron Member.
• By enrolling as a Patron Member or Donor, you would authorize us to send you updates through e-mail, WhatsApp, or/and SMS. We may also send you complimentary items to your mailing address.
• Patron Members and Donors are requested to go through the objectives/mission and vision of HOETUS FOUNDATION before enrolling as a member or making a donation.
• Donations made to HOETUS FOUNDATION would be eligible for an 80G receipt. However, Patron Membership fees may not be eligible for an 80G receipt.
• For Volunteering with us, please mail us at care@hoetus.org. We would love to have you in the team.
• Activities to be conducted at locality of our Patron Members would be subjected to timely availability of resources like Volunteers, Funds and Permissions. Synchronizing these resources might take a while, therefore Patron Members might be asked to wait for their respective turn with patience.
• Patron Members would be required to input their Membership ID number while making a booking through the HOETUS App to avail the membership discounts. For any further assistance please WhatsApp us at 9733334644 or mail us at care@hoetus.org
• Kindly refer to our Refund Policy for better understanding before making a donation or enrolling for Patron Membership with HOETUS FOUNDATION.
• HOETUS FOUNDATION does not collect any form of donation or fees, other than the online payment mode associated with our website :hoetus.org. Please note that we would not entertain any dispute arising for payments made through other non-authorized payment procedure. Kindly verify ( WhatsApp 9733334644 ) with us before making any payment to HOETUS FOUNDATION through any other means.
• Donations made by our HOST Members under the HOST MEMBER BENEFICIARY PROGRAM, may be subjected to an offline payment against a valid receipt from our Executive Officer. Offline payments would be entertained only in situations where online payment is not feasible due to inaccessibility of technology or demographic challenges.
• Volunteers, Patron Members and users of this website would be subjected to legal action if found guilty of using the name of HOETUS FOUNDATION and any of it’s associated intellectual property for illegal activity.
